Dear Ali, speaking anxiety is very common — and very fixable! I use a conversational approach where the focus is on fluency and confidence, not perfection. You will be surprised how quickly the nerves settle when the environment feels safe and supportive. Face-to-face is absolutely fine and often the best option for conversation practice.
